The judges get more experience identifying
the exaggerations and pushing the limits
of logic and law. Having read most of
Oracle's reply even I who is not a lawyer
can see that they exaggerate Google's
arguments and positions in Oracle's favor.

Oracle doesn't touch the arguments that
while those cases are about fair use,
Android is more like the end product which
was not being tried for copyright
infringement.
