that's not true, there is also "walking while black" and related charges. And
lets not forget that being on the president's hit-list for assassination is a
capital offense with no possibility for appeal or judicial review.
I
realize there are many other criminal offenses in the United States. There
would have to be because
we have more prisoners than any other nation on earth;
25% of the all prisoners world-wide are held captive in American prisons and
jails. Despite this, every day tens of thousands of Americans sing out loud
that we are "the land of the free".
