Power Computing, been going for years and used them quite a few times for my
Amigas, until their own accelerator board blew up one of my A500#s due to poorly
soldered connections. The HD floppy that wasn't manufactured correctly and the
case had to be cut for the eject button to work. The handheld scanner that
never worked. All of them they refused to do anything about. Even when stood
in their premises with all the bits that didn't work. So I stopped using them.
They must of rebuilt their reputation though as they are still going! They even
built Macs under licence for a while or so I've been told. Although I still have
a squirrel SCSI drive unit I bought from them attached to my accelerated
A500Plus, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole, although others mileage may
vary!
