I am a HUGE fan of Mr. Jacobs
Authored by: Anonymous on Monday, July 01 2013 @ 02:48 PM EDT
I am greatly impressed by Michael Jacobs. I find it pretty classy that he
called Mr. van Nest, Bob. The way he did it makes it seem more than just a
working, adversarial relationship. He still got Aced by Robert van Nest on the
10-K issue. I would hate to be in an argument with either gentleman. By
comparison, David Boise tends to gamble and bluff, he would be tricky, but I
think I could take him.

It seemed so blatant.

Apparently it was.

Appeal issues

Isn't the fact that the blog wasn't corporate still disputed in some of the
appeal submissions?
