"at least"
Authored by: PJ on Saturday, June 29 2013 @ 06:36 PM EDT
I disagree. It means IBM thinks it's entitled to
more than just the copyright stuff, but for sure
it is entitled to that, so saying each should pay
its own expenses isn't legally right, even leaving
the rest out of it.

For one thing, IBM has a complaint about the false copyright
claim.

I'm betting that the Nazgul have not yet begun to fight.
SCO came out from behind the bankruptcy curtain, and the
first order of business is to get them in front of a Real
Judge (not a Delaware Judge). Accomplished.

Next, decide whether to make them suffer, or just annihilate
them. I'm eager to witness the Nazgul appetite.

The fun with Prenda Law

It appears in some cases the Law Firms can also be held jointly and severally liable for such costs :)

Although SCOg may have nothing - there's always the chance of getting some compensation back from BSF itself.
