Thinking some more on the topic, IF FRAND patents can't be enforced it most
likely would be very damaging to innovation. If a company is trying to make a
few communications tech, are they gonna be willing to invest the money in to
making it work just so when they Patent it and it gets listed as a FRAND patent,
Everyone can steal it and pay nothing for all the hard work and that company put
in to making it. Apple things its dangerous to set the precedence on banning
products but they could end up causing massive lost cost's if some tech they
make gets listed as a FRAND tech.
