Sorry if I offended you, but

Republicans admit to using voter id laws: link.
Can you please provide a link from the mainstream media and not what appears to be an astroturf site?
Republicans becoming a minority: link.
All that article is saying is that a previous leader of the republicans fears that they may be loosing support from Latino voters.
Notice both of those links contain actual quotes from actual Republicans and consultants to the Republican Party.
Yes, but one is from a rather biased site and the other doesnt say what you think it does.
If I had one scintilla of interest in pursuing this dialog I would ask you for some links of your own.
Are you honestly saying you dont believe that there is the possibility of even 1 instance of voter fraud? Because let me make this perfectly clear.
If even 1 thats the number ONE instance of voter fraud or even the Possibility of one instance of voter fraud happening. Its ONE to many and IMHO would make the requirement of showing id's to vote a realistic response.

An election can be lost by ONE vote, therefore ONE instance of fraud is ONE to many.
I would ask for *actual data* that shows the severity of the voter fraud problem.
Thats just it, I dont need data. This concept seems to escape you no matter how many times I point it out. We should as a country try to eliminate even the possibility or perception of voter fraud.
Another concept you keep ignoring is that Even one instance of fraud is ONE to many Its like the perception of impropriety in a court judge. We dont need data to prove that its happened and we dont want even the possibility of it happening again so we stop anything that even looks like it. The same can be said of voter fraud.
I would ask for data that justifies making it harder for people to exercise their constitutional rights.
Thats just it. You keep saying its going to make it harder. But IMHO its not. We already have registration laws, most require id at the time of registering, so people who are registered already have an id. This is just showing an id which almost all people have to function in our society. There may be some isolated cases that someone may have a hardship or need to get an id. But there is time to get people id's before the election. We need to stop fighting common sense and put our energy into getting people id's and at no cost if they are required to vote.
That would have been a lot more convincing than simply reiterating the same statements and lecturing people.
Thats because some people have hardened their mind and ears to common sense because of some kind of group think IMHO. I can see I may be arguing against such a person now. Therefore I will stop casting my pearls before swine, lest they turn and rend me.

Even if you make some other post, you may get the last word, but you have not won anything. You have simply gone off into your own world on this issue and persist in living in some alternate reality. One where id's are not common, where its a hardship to have what is necessary to live in this society. One where the boogie man is out to get you.
