And unless you
know how much of what is actually going on:
how can you be sure said costs
aren't being padded in one way or another?
There's an old joke about a
Lawyer at the pearly gates where St. Peter complements him on how young he looks
and how he lived such a long life. The Lawyer comments along the lines he's
only 27 and St. Peter remarks that he thought the Lawyer was 135 based on his
billed hours.

And therefore taking the most extreme position they can think of they won't get
sanctioned for, so as to lose with the least effort on their part but not reneg
on their deal to represent SCO.
Counterarguments, anyone?
