I don't know. This could be a really good thing. Put all your bad eggs in one
basket ... then drop the basket.

Microsoft-Oracle deal: What you need to know
Authored by: Anonymous on Tuesday, June 25 2013 @ 09:50 PM EDT
I was just thinking to myself, what nefarious activity could these two get up to
by partnering with each other and this thought stuck in my mind: Oracle has it's
own version of Linux based on RedHat's, which MS has just certified. What if
there's also a secret back-room deal between them that MS won't threaten
Oracle's Linux with patent lawsuits. Does that leave the door open for MS to
threaten Redhat and everyone else with more patent lawsuits, leaving Oracle in
the clear to poach all RedHat's clients for fear of patent infringement?
Maybe some anti-trust guys should be taking a look at this.
