His definition of "asset" is a bit wonky.

Perhaps, we might see Cahn subpoenaed?

And to be called by which side as the Trustee making that
statement of assessment?
I would presume IBM, in case BSF decides to ignore that
trivial detail and attempt to expand its claims, yet again.
Plus, I personally refuse to continue to refer to the
plaintiff as SCO, as this has ALL been the firm for quite
some time. The have a fiduciary duty to the court, and an
ethical obligation to the client as well, to cease any
actions which are known to be frivolous, fraudulent and/or
illegal. Perhaps if some of the hundreds of entities that
received the Extortion Letters from McBride's SCO would file
complaints with the California Bar, there would be enough
heat that BSF would gladly throw the Gang under the prison
bus. I know in Texas the time limit is 2 years from the date
of incident, which I think Could be considered the date of
the Appeal being rendered.
IANAL, so please correct this if I have erred.
