Also, the cards can only be programmed in a finite number of ways. The total
permutations may reach into the ten to the power of I don't know what, but well
within the grasp of modern computer driven by hackers. So how is picking just
one permutation creative? This is the problem with copyright. It take time,
effort and sweat to come up with something pleasing but at the end of the day,
you are just building on one's 'culture' where the whole gamut of human
experience is at your disposal -unless someone has got there before and claims
copyright to your cultural heritage.
