For anybody unlucky enough to need chemotherapy, a couple of things to discuss
with your doctor ...

If you're a woman, apparently timing the treatment with your monthly cycle can
make a lot of difference - don't ask me the details, I don't know. But the
reason is probably the same as the next para ...

Regardless of sex, the time of day can make a lot of difference. Chemotherapy
targets ALL rapidly growing cells. Normal cells follow a circadian rythm, (many)
cancer cells grow all the time.

So if you apply chemotherapy at night when normal cells are asleep, they will
avoid the poison while the cancer cells get hit.

There are various reports of patients where conventional chemo had to be
withdrawn, but putting them on a much smaller dose at a different time of day
had a much better therapeutic effect.

But as I said, discuss this with your doctor - I know of the research, but not
the details ...

Cheers,
Wol

An Australian doctor found that some types of stomach ulcers were caused by
bacteria that could be very simply treated by giving a generic and very cheap
antibiotic.

This doctor was ridiculed for his findings so he took photos of his stomach,
infected himself and so developed stomach ulcers, took more photos, then took a
course of cheap antibiotic as the treatment, took more photos which showed no
stomach ulcers.

There was still disbelief amongst the establishment. Yet his proven treatment
for this specific condition was much much cheaper than the current 'antacid'
treatment.

Yet it took a further 10 years with multiple clinical trials in multiple
countries before the establishment accepted the correct treatment should
comprise taking the conventional 'antacid' along with the cheap generic
antibiotic (which they may have combined into one patented pill).

So i know it's not about the most effective treatment for curing a specific
condition, it's about the most profitable treatment for curing a specific
condition. Yet we allow legislation to give these drug companies control and
power via a stupid patent system while also (likely fully) funding their
development costs via public donation and via the public purse... So i still
question why protect this fictitious cost of development and a huge return on
someone else's investment?

Better it is all handled by a fully government funded university research and
development model.. Shared across the nations of the world..
