Such injustices exist at every turn..

Take corporations colluding to control price where the end consumer pays a
higher price for his purchases... At some stage these companies get caught and
are fined heavily but the end result is that prices goes up to cover this
'business expense'.

The consumer pays more while the executives that 'stole' from the public and
placed the company in a sick financial position, by virtue of these fines for
their collusive behavior, are free to roam the world. These very executives
either take a golden parachute or big bonuses for bringing the company back to
health!

With such sick sick mindsets at play, are we surprised patents are so abused?
