I was thinking that an easier way might be to have a screen saver send random
messages when your network and system are not busy. But being government costs
do not matter so even if we did increase the number of false positives they
would just buy more servers and hire more spies. My thinking now is to either
drop offline or create a few accounts while it can still be done without a
background check.

How much hard disk space can windows index? Because I'm somehow doubting it is
in the petabytes, let alone the zettabytes that NSA's new data center is going
to have.
