IMHO SCO is hoping beyond hope that the results of the
Novell judgement is not put in writing. They are hoping that
the judge somehow will miss one or two important
implications and that will allow SCO to win one or two of
the points in a summary judgment motion.
As I understand it, SCO really has no claims that completely
survived, if at all. They are hoping beyond hope that the
old briefs dont spell this out to the judge.
In reality I have the firm theory that at least a brief or
two is allowed. I would love to see another reply by IBM
pointing out that the problems SCO faces on lack of funds
and delay are of SCO's own making.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

I got it figured out: SCO shredded ALL their documents
How SMART of them!! Now they get a chance to do ALL
the discovery all over again!!! What evidence Your
Honor?!? The shredder ate my homework. [ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
