That was also my immediate reaction to the news.
As for the convenience of a pre-loaded OS, it has also
proved convenient for foreign snoops ...

CIA - Don't tell the president so that he can say he has never heard of this
program
??? - Don't tell the CEO so he can go make good sounding press statements.
