My only worry there is the servers going down. Which is a big worry.
How many people do you know with internet that regularly goes down for over 24
hours ?
Because that's all you need to complete the activation check.

Worrying. But I can deal with that easily enough, probably by unplugging the
Xbone when I'm not using it.
Microsoft are going to be in trouble when someone figures out how to remotely
hack an Xbone.

I'm a PC gamer. My hardware is more expensive than either console.
Though the only peripheral I have that I don't use regularly is my DVD drive.

It's more like Sony went and found themselves a really powerful tank because
they were expecting a difficult fight. Instead, they find that MS ran over the
Xbone.
Seriously, Sony could have easily won this by just sticking to the status quo.
Instead they go for an improvement over it.
As for which one I'll purchase, probably neither. I enjoy shooters, but I can't
stand playing them with a controller. Problem is, the only ways I can arrange a
comfortable position for mouse and keyboard leave me too close to the screen for
the narrow FoV on consoles.
The only thing that could get me on a console is a decent number of interesting,
non-shooter exclusives. Permanent exclusives, not titles that eventually get a

You can turn it off... in a software menu somewhere.
Great all we have to do is trust Microsoft to not spy on us, to not give in to
government demands to spy on us, and to make a secure always online system that
