The provisions against suing the buyers of products who use them as they are
intended may help individuals as consumers. It won't shield individuals as
coders.

At least you won't get sued for using WiFi or scanning documents when you do
that with off-the-shelf products. But beware if you write your own code.

I consider this great to be acknowledged.

However, I trust this about as much as I trust the general
promise of change, which basically hasn't happened very much
with our administration over the last 12 years.
