About those prison photographs. Honestly it looks a lot like the berthing space
on my ship in the Navy, where I and 300 of my best friends lived together in one
room.
So... I can't confess to much sympathy for people that are doing the opposite
of serving their society and country.

Apple Inc. (AAPL) faces a ban on imports of some older devices including the
iPhone 4 after a U.S. trade agency said they infringe a patent owned by Samsung
Electronics Co. (005930), its biggest competitor in the global market for
smartphones.

Perhaps now Apple will reconsider the wisdom to declare War In
Court instead of competing in the marketplace.
Here's hoping they come to
their senses and start behaving more appropriately... not limited to the
following behaviors:
Like accepting the licensing amount decided by a
Judge when they ask a Court to decide what a reasonable licensing cost
is.
Like entering good-faith negotiations instead of immediately suing
while still refusing to pay any kind of licensing fee for patents they are
benefiting from.
Like not attempting to enforce a patent on something as
simple as "rectangle with rounded corners".
