ITC ban could be vetoed by Whithouse
Authored by: Anonymous on Tuesday, June 04 2013 @ 08:59 PM EDT

policy as the Whitehouse has 60 days to review this ITC decision which it could
accept or veto.

So we will soon enough see if the Whitehouse is serious about patent reform.

It seems to be the best explanation, remember all those FTC filings about
uncooperative licensees cheating? ITC knew it would get overturned on appeal if
it did not issue a ban.
