Microsoft always cheats to win
Authored by: kawabago on Saturday, June 01 2013 @ 03:31 PM EDT
Microsoft was started by a man who always cheats to win. At
everything. As a consequence, when cheating no longer works,
there is no fall back plan. Microsoft has always won by
subterfuge and bullying. In a market where those tools don't
work, Microsoft can't compete. It doesn't know how.

Vringo? Sounds familiar: Vringo drops stock, buys over 500 Nokia patents (August 2012).

Where where we might now be if all the effort and cash spent on trickery and
lawyers had actually been spent on genuine improvements, research and
development.
