No matter what you think of Apple and the merits of it claims you have to agree
that there is something rotten in that barrel of lawyers.
When you engage a lawyer and they do not disclose any conflict of interest you
place yourself in their hands.
IF said lawyers step over the line and effectively play both sides then the
should get the book, sink and toilet pan thrown at them.
Just imagine what the comments would be if it were Samsungs lawyers who were
doing the double dealing?
We trust lawyers to play it straight. If they don't then the whole legal system
is thrown into disrepute. Without truct in the legal system we are on the verge
of anarchy.
I am sure that PJ would agree.
I have to wonder if that because there are so many lawyers coming out of law
school and so little work, rates per hour are dropping and some of those high up
on the gravy train are finding it hard to manage of their paltry $200/hour when
it was $400/hour no so long ago. Thus the giving into temptation and batting for
both sides.
Into the stocks for them forthwith!
Bring on the rotten fruit and veg.

Ubuntu & 'apt-get' are not the answer to Life, The Universe & Everything which
is of course, "42" or is it 1.618?
