Mere bravado

I am still very worried. It is not just patents and lawyers. It is the corruption on the political level behind the patents and lawyers. Actions against SEPs at the DOJ (and the other organization - I forgot the name - where you can go to get things merchandise from entering the US) specifically designed to put Google/Motorola at a disadvantage in the patent wars. Antitrust probes against Google in the US and Europe. Political appointees like David Kappos who don't accept responsibility for the damage they have done, but rather, brag about it.

btw: The Wikipedia article I linked to says nothing about this. It needs to be updated with some selected quotes from Kappos where he brags about how many bogus software patents were issued under his watch, about his metric for measuring "patent quality" under his watch. (Hint, it has nothing to do with quality as we might ascertain it, but rather, how well he has served his "clients".) If someone could point me to some recent documents I saw but can't remember where, I would take a stab at it.
