Is there anyone actually supporting Oracle?

He also says there are law professors on both sides.

Put them on a seesaw.

Which side will hit the ground right away
and keep the one or two on Oracle's side up in the
air, helplessly dangling their feet?

: )

So Microsoft is on both sides (being a member of CCIA) as well
as supporting Oracle.

Thanks, PJ. I must have missed your previous items and was curious about the
sort of arguments they would be raising.

Of course the "creatives" are on oracle's side - just think
about how "creative" the bsa has been in the past ...

It's a shame to see Gene Spafford's name on the list of Oracle supporters.
Gene was one of the early luminaries of the internet, especially as regards
USENET.

IIRC, Gene was part of the "backbone cabal" of Usenet, and was part of
the group that implemented the "Great Renaming".
