How to Escape a Submerged Car

Believe it or not, some of us still prefer manual windows
and locks. Water and the electrical system, do NOT play
well together. (getting harder and harder to find on today's
vehicles)
If you have electric windows and locks, the local police
have recommended in interviews, to keep items such as a
automatic center punch, for breaking the window. Yet the
police can also bust you for that as a breaking and entering
tool. (something to hold you on, if they want to have a
reason to)

One should be working on getting out the moment they hit the
water, because one may not be the only one in the car. Once
panic sets in, things get progressively worse.
