Apple even suffer reduced profits on the Apple Store sales because fewer people are buying.

There are many things that you could mean with "Apple Store", mainly the online music store, the online Mac software store, the online iOS software store, the online hardware store and the brick&mortar hardware stores. I don't think any of them has reduced profits.
