Latin would give you a good perspective of law, but also examples of all
perversions of law.
The Roman empire was a country of law, bur also of lawlessness.

It's the enjoying of the study of latin that makes people 'geeky'. You're not a
geek for taking a computer science class in highschool to get a credit, your

I wonder how many are very broadly educated ...
I specialised in Science at A-level, because I wanted to be a Doctor. But at
O-level, I did languages too (and did pretty well at them). I also did some
arts.
And up to 3rd form (at which point I was forced to drop them for lack of room in
the curriculum) I did pretty well in the humanities too. My geography teacher
was most upset I dropped it ... (on the other hand, I was only too glad to ditch
the biology teacher after O-level ... :-)
