Happy Birthday Thread: Birthday Wishes Go Here --------->

Thanks for summing it up, Rick.

I couldn't have said it better, right down to saying you weren't here at the
very beginning but came along soon after. Me, I forget how I got here. I suspect
it was due to a link from some article which was reporting on the very early
stages of the SCO nonsense. But it was easy to tell that what I found here was
carefully written, carefully researched, and always tried to be analytical and
objective. I remember those first articles wondering if SCO had any case
whatsoever, and then the careful digging which led inexorably to the conclusion
that, no, they did not have any such case in spite of the big media hype.

Probably it was on that first visit that I bookmarked the site and came back
again and again. I submitted occasional anonymous posts back then. I got an
account much later on.

Amazing that it has been such a long time, and sometimes it seems to have been a
short time.
