Don't count out clothing too early

What if a Hackathon put on by the NSA provided shirts that read:

    I was part of the NSA Hackathon!
The trademark would certainly be infringed, wouldn't it?

And don't most conventions today contain clothing (among other articles) identifying the particular convention?

That clearly covers 25.

To provide examples on the rest:

How would the NSA advertise their Hackathon convention? That would fall under 35 and 38.

And of course, actually holding the convention would clearly fall into 41.
