The translation appears substantially correct. _Only_ the apparel aspect is more
or less innocuous (setting aside web sites like ThinkGeek). All others can be
construed as to apply to the traditional Free/Open Software style hackathon
activities.
The guys listing the mark knew precisely what they were after. Now claiming 'we
were after the booze and party style hackathon crowd' just won't fly.
The statutory period for opposing the mark as part of the registration
procedings has passed, it seems. I hope that does not preclude attempts to get
it canceled for grounds of prior use in these exact areas they claim.
