"According to a report from FOSS Patents, Apple has analyzed the Samsung
Galaxy S4 smartphone and the company has concluded that the device is an
infringing product..." (from linked article)

As opposed to: "Apple has NOT analyzed the Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone but
concluded that the device is an infringing product anyway."

Thanks for the 'facts', man.

Apple aims to add Galaxy S4 to patent lawsuit against Samsung
Authored by: Anonymous on Wednesday, May 15 2013 @ 04:46 PM EDT
If this is correct then two things have happened

1) Samsung have either been very silly not to have made this device totally
devoid of any tech that Apple has a patent on
OR they have deliberatly done this to goad Apple into action. I really can't
think that Samsung will have released this device and think they could get away
with including disputed dechnology in the device.

2) Apple will have taken a device apart (metaphorically speaking) and performed
a detailed examination of the device to see if it does in fact infringe their
'patents'.

This will run and run.
I am just starting to wonder if Samsung are getting a little big for their
boots.
Now Samsung, can I please have an update to my Phone? Why keep it running V2.3?
Oh, it isn't a Galaxy so it does not really count.
Oh well, I have a Nokia 6310i in reserve. At least there is no malware for that.
