It seems to me that someone who knows how might involve Facebook, since they are
a potential 'infringer' and would be a party worth suing if this is indeed some
sort of trollish strategy.
They might simply let it sit, but from my years in large companies, if they can
pay a few hundred bucks to some agency, then a couple of hours of corporate
lawyer time to preemptively beat back one of these troll suits isn't a bad idea
and is sometimes done.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

The link to the registration document
"https://register.dpma.de/DPMAregister/marke/register/3020120063403/DE?lang
=en"
in the first line in PJ:s article says that the time to complain ends in Mar 7,
2013.
The German PDF linked to say the same 07.03.2013 ( date.month.year i.e. the
normal way to express date if you not happen to be in USA ).
Methinks it is too late now.
PJ, thanks for the link. It did not only give an English translation, but also
the original German text, and that is the imported one.
I haven't used Google translate on the German text. It is like any machine
translation. Good at hiding the meaning of even the most lucid text. Useless.
