cure raw milk into precision cheese in exact the same way (apart from the
material) as described in that patent, one would not infringe it ?
Because the new use is then *not* in *all* ways the same as decsribed in the

It could be patentable *despite* having (unpatentable) software in the total
invention.
Having software (or algorithme) inside total invention does not render total
invention unpatentable.
( and the arguement on unpatentable was based on having an algorithme ? )
Understanding correct or wrong ?
If that is the meaning of the famous "as such" clause,
and it could/would be upheld (?) (problems forseeable), then maybe it might not
be so bad. (ahem, as such)
