You are making a serious mistake if you think that the NSA is a Hollywood-style
spy agency.
I strongly doubt that there are more than a handful of people at NSA, if even
that many, who would qualify as a "spy". The NSA is simply not a spy
agency, it's a research and analysis agency. Yes, they're secretive, but so
what? Even PJ has secrets (for very good reasons).
This research guide is most definitely NOT written for spies. It is written for
OFFICE DRONES who are tasked with finding information PUBLICLY PUBLISHED ON THE
INTERNET - you know, the sort of people who need to be reminded regularly that
MS Office is insecure.
