And also very common. I watched a documentary last week that showed how Morgan
Stanley was selling people silver and then charging them storage for it.
However, there was no silver to store. It was out & out fraud. The show
also mentioned how J.P. Morgan and HSBC were manipulating silver prices with
phony trades. You don't have to look far to see lots of illegal activity going
at major banks.

Matt's Rolling Stone byline carries a date of May 15th, which
even for our good friends on the other side of the
International Dateline is a bit too "long" to refer to this
year.
