Here's a bit of luck

My father died a while back leaving an unfinished book. Having discovered how
much the publishers paid him for other work I am preparing this for free on the
web and its all in HTML. With a few JS functions it can prepare its own index
and contents (at whatever font size is required) for printing. I use (F)CKEditor
and some simple php/db stuff to edit and manage it.
