Car chase with the defendant and his brother throwing improvised grenades and
firing guns a police.

A standoff with police at their house involving an exchange of gunfire and the
use of improvised grenades by the defendant.

If the police haven't been lying to the public, they ought to have an open and
shut case on the basis of physical evidence alone.

Press always gets wrong details...linky for Tsarnaev's Widow treatment?

I'd like a link for how they are treating Tsarnaev's widow, thanks.

In every newspaper article I have been close to, reporters get details wrong,
and cops keep real details very close to their chests to be able to tell those
in the know from those who have read everything and want to be in the middle of
things for whatever emotional reasons.

Now, one of the law blogs (I think it's popehat) discusses some of Tsarnaev's
roomies getting in trouble for destroying evidence after the fact.

I'm with Fossmann here....I want sworn testimony. There is a point at which
cops lie -- remember "Testilying" with NYC cops?
