2nd sentence

3rd sentence is where it gets a bit tricky, since you need to have had
some experience with PJ's rhetorical constructions.
> And as you will see, that is the very danger that the conference
highlighted,

i.e. the danger of using the wrong ruler to set an unfair rate. If you
also read the referred EC report you should observe that Judge Robart's
analysis does not fit the experience of lincensors or licensees at
that conference.
