I linked to a Groklaw article because I know how strongly most of you here will

willfully deny reality. I did so for the text of the 9th District's decision.

I'm fully aware of the argument PJ has been making and how frequently she has
been wrong on this case. I'm not linking to her article because I agree with her
or
think she's right; I'm linking to her because you can actually read the 9th
Circuit's decision for yourself.
