You obviously know nothing about how business works.

Bill big and negotiate downwards.

The first person to name a price is the loser.

Set your initial offer too low and you may wind up negotiating down to an even
lower price, when in fact the other party would in fact have been willing to pay
much more than the initial offer.

Not Microsoft, of course. But then when they have not gotten the prices they've
thought they should pay, they've had a nasty habit of just stealing it outright.
Google "Stacker Microsoft" if you don't believe me.

Now Microsoft seems to have added a new twist. Steal it and then run to court
and cry foul before the other party can sue.
