MS et all dont sue Google. If they dont sue Google then Google has no place in
court. They cant just ride in on their white charger and save them from the
cowards.

No, what happens is that the handset maker simply adds the cost of the Microsoft
danegeld to their bill of materials then pass it on to the carriers who pass it
on to us in higher retail charges.

Microsoft knows full well if they went after Google directly for infringement by
Android their patents would be open to far closer scrutiny than they could
likely withstand, which would ruin their current patent extortion racket.
