All the deals done so far are with hardware makers, so in my simple
mind they must be about how that particular hardware-software
interface behaves. Must be a toughy if they can't engineer round it.

Else if it was a pure Android problem why wouldn't the victims just
flick the complaint upstairs to Google? Or is there something in the
Android OEM SDK agreement that I'm not privvy to?
