About the 200 bullets. If you get hit by a stray, it doesn't matter who fired
it.

Someone earlier commented about 20-20 hindsight; that's what we are
exercising here. If the police had been more cautious about rights of
personsin the vicinity and a bystander had been shot, the outcry would be
tremendous. This

This thread is over. Your "facts" are inaccurate,
so there is no way this can be stated on Groklaw.

The younger guy was eventually arrested, not shot
to death in a hail of bullets. And he went to
a party and to the gym after the crime and before
his arrest, and people were told they could leave
work and drive home, etc. People were asked
to stay inside. No one was arrested for not doing
so. That is insane to even allege. Cut it out.
I'm getting the clear impression that these comments
are being placed to discredit Groklaw.
