Google should counter-claim that.
That Google would be quite happy to make a formal commitment that 3rd-party apps
are welcome on their Android OS, so long as MS are obliged to make the same
commitment ...
Cue a rapid attempt amid much spluttering to withdraw the complaint. At which
point Google ask the commission to reject the request for withdrawal on the
basis that Google has made a counter-offer and therefore now - under American
rules of procedure - it requires both sides to agree.

No need to move Google Apps manually down a list, the default on my 3 Android
phones and a tablet(now passed on to nephews/neices) is it lists them
alphabetically. As I remove all apps bar a clock on my home screen and an icon
to open up the Apps drawer I really don't have a lot in a prominent position.
