Another Cynical "Antitrust" Complaint From Microsoft and Its Buddies Against Google ~pj Updated

In Europe they act to protect competition. And they typically act fast.

The problem is that both the US and the EU tend (or tended) to defer to the
other if an investigation was underway.

I think the EU has learnt that the American authorities are an arthritic paper
tiger, so they are now far more likely to act quickly even if the Americans are
running an investigation at the same time.
