Just depose the alleged inventor and ask him to explain the patent. In
particular, ask him whether *he* understands it.
Also, if he says he does understand it, ask him whether he needed a patent
lawyer to help him understand it to prep him for the depo.
If the INVENTOR can't understand HIS OWN patent without help, what chance does
anyone else have?

The problem is that at least one of the mentioned patents is understandable to
at least some of us here, hence it must be understandable to multiple someones
skilled in the art. I'm no lawyer and I understand it.
