Just how angry was this judge? If I was faced with this
kind of behavior, the principles (at least)
would have left the room in chains, on their way to
jail.
How long will it take these guys to skip the country?

I wonder if any of these arguments/requests would also apply to the R*AA
organizations.
Especially the handling of the previous awards...
Do the artists (as claimed) actually get anything?

I just want to remind everyone of something.
Remember how outraged we were at SCO?
Where are we at today?
* still going, and going, and going . . .
* assets sold and come out squeaky clean
* nothing left to get in counterclaims
* creditors never will be paid
* Novell never got its royalties owed
* Novell's title to its copyrights were in jeopardy
* perps got off scott free, even after running illegal bounty hunting website
There are many more facets to it all, as this great website has all of the
details of. But in the end, fizzle.
SCO filed for bankruptcy right before its much wanted trial, but after several
devastating decisions by judge Kimball. That reminds me of Prenda today. What
will the cockroaches do next? Where will they scurry out of the bright light?
Pardon me for being cynical that anything meaningful will happen. I guess it's
just ten years of watching this. Think of the people who have been victimized
by Prenda for thousands of dollars. Anything for them?

P.S. As a punster I can appreciate the deft subtlety of "Five" (as in
'Amendment #' or time-out) vs. "THE FIFTH" (zipped lips or bottling).
