For those intrepid souls who still work on transcribing
documents from the "Comes v. MS" trial. See link above for
"Comes v. MS" for more information, including which documents
still need transcription.

Investors?
Authored by: Anonymous on Thursday, March 28 2013 @ 02:05 PM EDT
If the trade secrets that they are trying to keep secret would influence an
investor's decision on whether to buy or sell a company's stock, then the
officers and certain employees of that corporation would never be allowed to
trade in their own company's stocks, as they would be privy to non-public
information that could influence their perception of the present and future
value of that stock. That would be considered insider trading by the SEC and the
parties involved would be prosecuted. So they better make all of that
information public so they can continue to trade in their own company's stocks.
