Another reason to explicitly avoid GM seeds

After all: If there's nothing wrong with the product - why bother to get such a clause pushed?

Yea.... genetic modification - just say No!

Caveat: There have been some claiming splicing the twigs of two plants together is genetic modification. While in a sense it is genetic modification - it is not the genetic modification refered to in the science field as splicing two genes together. While I don't have a problem with nature combining the genes, I do have serious issues with Humans doing so.

Business as usual

The notable point here is that standard practice has been
codified to the public.

There have never been any studies released to the public
about the environmental effects of GM products. The two
studies that were done independently both showed adverse
affects to humans. One resulted in a professor losing his
job. Both studies were attacked (but not rebutted with
original test data) strenuously.

And, anyway, are in any better position now to tell if the
law is being followed in this area? The facts are still
hidden, but now they are officially hidden.
