Apple's architects
Authored by: cricketjeff on Tuesday, March 19 2013 @ 06:18 AM EDT

crystal, as such their preferred method of attack is rarely the elephant gun,
however much we all wish to see their feet well and truly holed.

No they can't, because then they are admitting they KNOW that NONE of THEIR
patents are valid. As such they could be beaten to death in ANY other lawsuit
they decide to bring.
